Hi, I’m Teri!

 Nice to meet you!

 I’m a native New Mexican, born and raised in beautiful Albuquerque. I graduated from Cibola High School back when there was nothing nearby but an old runway and Intel was a sod farm! I obtained my B.B.A. from UNM’s Anderson School of Management (GO LOBOS!). I've lived in nearly every quadrant of the city and I know Albuquerque inside and out! My husband and I have spent the last 30 years on Albuquerque’s west side enjoying the view of the magnificent Sandia Mountains.

 With a long interest in real estate, an owner of rental properties, and a licensed Realtor since 2005, I assist buyers and sellers, sometimes even renters! I’ve been a sales manager and trainer for various brokerages, and I am currently a qualifying broker/owner. I’m a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor, and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certified. I’ve also served as a Director for the Southwest Multiple Listing Service as well as the NM Association of REALTORS, I volunteer for Professional Standards and The REALTOR Fund, so suffice it to say I love what I do, I love learning and staying current and I have a heart for service.  That’s all fine and dandy, but I feel what makes me a good choice is that I bring a personal touch to the folks I work with, and I think it shows since nearly all my customers come to me through word of mouth. From start to finish, it’s me who works with you; I’m not just a name on a sign. I assist my customers in all aspects of buying or selling, sometimes both, to ensure they get what they need and are more than just satisfied, I want them to be happy!

 What I love most about being a real estate broker and REALTOR, is that I get to have a tiny little part in something I feel is so important…your ”HOME”. This is where all the best memories are made, and for just one moment I get to touch that, and every time I feel blessed getting to do what I do.  Whether it’s your first home or your fifteenth home, whether you are coming or going,  it matters to you so it matters to me! I put my heart into your home, and my goal is to make good on the trust you’ve placed in me and earn your recommendation!
